had a fantastic stay! the hotel was clean and quiet. staff were friendly and helpful. i can’t remember the last time a hotel offered a full breakfast as part of your stay and it was good food!! it was located close to arrowhead provincial park and not far from main street in huntsville. highly recommend!
One of the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The front desk greeted us right away and were very professional and friendly. Once we checked in and checked the room we were extremely impressed on how clean the room was. Felt extremely comfortable during the room stay. I know it's an older building but they have definitely kept up on it's maintenance and cleanliness which shows a lot of character with standards at this hotel. They have my future business for this area
Location is perfect and very convenient. Place is clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. And staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!
We arrived in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the manager ( a lovely ex fire fighter ) who was standing in for one of his team. He was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. We ended up right next to the local lake which was very scenic, and both restaurants we used for our 2 evening meals had great character, served delicious food at a good price and overlooked the lake which looked very beautiful all lit up. Our rooms were comfortable and the breakfast good.
Had a wonderful stay. Had a hot breakfast. Warm pool for the kids to enjoy swimming. And thank you Steve for being so kind. He was generous to share is experiences with our kids. And laura. Going to visit soon. Thank you for making our Muskoka trip a great one.
Wonderful place to stay in Huntsville. The room was spacious and clean. There was ample parking. A wonderful breakfast was offered free with the room. The pool was refreshing. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was across from a mall with restaurants and a Walmart, yet the location felt quiet. A couple of issues were found with the fitness center treadmill and with the room coffee machine, but they were not major.
Was very pleased with the Best Western Plus in Huntsville. Clean, well maintained, friendly service, great rooms with a king size bed, hot tub, electric fireplace, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi and lots of parking. Also has a pool and gym. Overall a great place to stay if you're in the area.
Great hotel. Room was beautiful and very clean. They make the rooms up daily if you request it. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Free breakfast was very good. Would never stay elsewhere when in the area.
